Who is Alia's strongest competitor in terms of star-power and acting, both?

Note -- i have listed both upcoming actresses and current A-listers.

I think anyone who is working today be it the next generation or even the people she debuted with are her closest compeition even though she is clearly doing the best right now and is most successful.

Her success has always been transient in my view. So is her star power. In the long run, people will catch up to her and make names for themself, its unpredictable.

If you are comparing her star power to deepika, katrina, priyanka, kareena, pls dont cause she is not on their levels in terms of overall achievement and personality.

She may act well in performance oriented films, and rake in numbers here and there but she doesnt offer everything as a performer that the audience likes to see. And in terms of personality aura and individuality, she is not as great as the former.

So I feel, everyone listed is and even those who you dont classify as A list on this list can be her competition.

She is her strongest competition.

Jhanvi has the movies to prove herself as an actress.

Ananya can eat into her young fan popularity.

You missed Kriti Sanon.

None of the others have a KJo spreading himself thin to make them successful.

Pehle koi aye jiske paas KJo jaisa koi ho, ensuring they get films not only with Dharma but every famous filmmaker out there - Imtiaz, Bhansali, etc.

KJo hasn't done for others, half of what he did for Alia. He seems to be going all out for Jhanvi though. Let's see if he is as kind to Jhanvi and Ananya too and gets them Imtiaz/Bhansali films.

Or let Suhana debut and see who all try to force her down audience's throats.😆

So, Suhana may be Alia's competition.

I think Shradda Kapoor because they debuted around the same time. Ananya and Sara have been around only since last year so they have lots to achieve and prove.

i do have to say that all of the names mentioned above and Alia miss that certain spark that most of the actresses before them had. They miss that certain elegance and maturity. They all look too young for their age. It can sometimes be an advantage or a disadvantage according to their role.

From the list probably Jahnvi.. But Kriti Sanon should be on the that list.
