and my father is a neurosurgeon...he is quite famous in delhi and has done many surgeries outside delhi and even outside the country! I live with him! I m well aware of his schedules! Once u reach at a particular height, u have many doctors under u! And u don't have to be there for every surgery! Rohit is at a similar position! Plus he owns the hospital too!
