That is such a weird question to ask. First of all, its her body so she should be confident on how she looks even if its plastic surgery. She has asked that question way too many times. Why would anyone care that much for how her lips look. Two things Mahira has been obsessed about in the show are her lips and what Rashmi is doing.

she had the audacity to say to Paras once in some epi that - "yeh mere asli honth hai, yeh aise hee hai". aur taklu ne sir hilaya... matlab kuch bhi...🤣

she always talks things that has no head nor tail as Asim or Vishal once said to her in one of those nasty fights.
