My guess is sid has given her some hints, underbthe blanket ,in whispers or as many say hebhas a confidentiality clause .

But he might have hinted abt marriage.

Sana in old USUD has said once, I want my partner to respect me in public even when I'm wrong. And, once we are alone he can give me as much scolding he wants but not in public.

Khud usko public mein insult Karo and expect him to respect you and first watch completely and also see fifafooz where she says about why he said it as Sana said it

Yes looks like and since it was Rashami he shut her mouth there as he doesn’t want Rashami in it! He hates her more than anyone in the house
