Because you are right! Romance, relationships and drama are the USP of the writing team. Not the thriller genre. They needed to keep a thriller writer from the first day who would have given them a streamlined thriller track to weave with the love story. Thriller writing is very different, very very tough and it runs on logic, mystery , what next and cliffhangers.

May be this would be an unpopular opinion but they have been focusing in the foreshadowing way too much from the very first episode. It kills the suspense for me. Plus it has been very direct. Since day 1 we knew Rishi would die.

Plus they basically show everything in the promos and precaps. We saw both of The kiss and then Rishi's death almost entirely before the episodes. I knew Rudra wouldn't die during the boat scene because I had seen him with Maya in Roy house.

Romance is something we can look forward to even after informative spoilers but thrillers need suspense. They are killing the suspense themselves. If it weren't for the sizzling shivjen /Mayra chemistry, I wonder how many of us would still watch it. Promos need to be suspenseful and less obvious.

Thriller #101 is creating suspense and cliff hangers. They don't even follow that part ! How can we expect logic !!!!
