Kali is easily the best example of love and vengeance coexisting. Rudras love being Mayas hadd is parallel to Shivs love being Kalis hadd. When Kali was in full rage and about to destroy the world with her limitless rage, Shiv lay below her and thus put a limit on her. One day Rudras love will limit Maya but maybe that day she will ask him to grant her the one promise he avowed to fulfill. Who knows.

I absolutely love when cvs deliver on symbolism.

The whole gandharv vivah with Agni as witness adds a special touch of divinity on this couple Also that the call back to Mahabharat promises a fruitful union with a child but separation too.

As we were discussing in the Wu thread also, the Ganga-Shantanu parallel became relevant too. Rudra may keep his vows and accept Mayas hate & darkness but he is inherently a man with a moral compass and he will not be able to watch the love of his life destroy herself and his family. The battle between heart and head will be fierce for Rudra too. I am excited to see how he battles his conscience coz light may be eclipsed for a while but it will always shine!

This story is truly summed up as a tale filled with Kabhi khushi & Kabhi ghum...

Thanks, Tanu😊. Shiv and Kali are one of my favourite divine couples.

When the show started, It was Vijaya Dashami of Durga Puja. According to the calendar, Kali Puja comes right after Durga Puja. And Maya came right after the Durga visarjan. So Maya is actually the ferocious, raw and limitless Shakti on a rampage. But Kali also is limited when Shiv becomes 'shav' before her to calm her down. That is exactly what happened. Maya as Kali was on a rampage on her revenge. Rudra was continuously trying to stop Maya, but she was not ready to stop. Only when Rudra's life was at stake, when Rudra became 'shav', then Maya returned to her loveable, calm, sublime self. Whenever Maya as Kali will lose herself in her darkness, Rudra as her Shiv will always pull her back.

True, but there is a different charm in separation. Ganga separated from Shantanu to only return the heir to his throne. Shakuntala was separated from Dushyant because of a curse, only to be reunited by their child. Whether the child will unite these two or one of them will separate, I don't know.

Rudra's light is something Maya wants to safeguard. Maya will never put Rudra in a situation to choose because she knows that one day she will have to face her the end. So her vow will be something for Rudra and not for herself. Unless CVs spin in a googly, which causes them to unite in love and Rudra saves Maya. But high hopes you see.

I know his love for her is genuine, everything leading up to todays episode is evidence of that. But do you think he learnt something while he was at the hospital? maya did leave MJ's number.

Did she say something out loud. He did say he heard everything.

or maybe im reading too much into it 😂

There was definitely a drop in intense expressions. But more than "got you" it was like his happiness that he won, his love for Maya won, he won his girl and also married her. He has this stubborn streak. First, he was stubborn not to fall in love with anyone, and then he was stubborn not to lose in love. And his stubbornness won.

Frankly, let's not go in-depth. Because CVs do not focus so much on these loopholes. As much as we do.

In the hospital she said nothing. In fact, all of it was an internal monologue. The only thing she said was yesterday when he was unconscious, maybe he was semi-conscious.

sorry but after watching the episode today i not found anything fishy at all especially in rudra

when i read comments i was like i was having the doubt from start as it is beyhadh

but after watching i dont think rudra was acting wierd or playing games

i think he was having composure as he listened the truth from maya her love confession which was from heart

as we know rudy somewhat know real maya and can differentiate her right and wrong

so till now that is untill the boat scene he was not sure as maya actually was not in love from heart

but now he is sure as maya is actually in love from her heart

today rudra was confident in love yesterday one was having doubt so was intense but today calm and composed

so you think there is significance of one side krishna arjun rath and other side shiva

No dear, I think you are trying to decipher a lot based on expressions. His expressions were of composure and victory. It was like I won my girl over and it was of complete surrender from both sides. Yesterday, he was more like panic-stricken because Maya was going away from him, the same thing when she was in the car driving away. But Maya relented and married him. He now has her all to himself, as she cannot run away from him anymore and he was at peace.

Exactly, iss show me agar koi sahi me sachcha hai to wo Rudra hai. This show is about beyhadh nafrat of Maya and beyhadh dushmani of Maya and Mrityunjay. And yes Maya and Rudra's beyhadh pyaar.

yeah ttoday that forhead kiss said alot

all the time rudra was after lip kiss which somewhat sybolise pssion and physically attracted

and today that forhead kiss said he is not in just love attraction or anything but he has respect for this love

i feel today forhead kiss actually said alot i loved that scene most

and dont know why people saying that rudra looked more in love yesterday but i felt he is more in love today

he just got fana in that love as he himself said

Exactly, I was expecting a forehead kiss for a long time. Finally, we got it.

Kissing on the forehead expresses admiration for the one you love, and that is what I wanted to see. Kissing on the lips is mostly passion, but the other one shows respect and pride for the one we love.

It's the stranges thing, that Mrityunjay and Maya loathe each other, but they love Rudra a lot. Even in the hate equation, there is a strand of love connecting them both. Both can kill each other maybe, but anyone hurts Rudra, they will rip them apart. And there is a chance that Sudhir may try to hurt Rudra for Ananya if the situation takes that turn, and then probably for this once maybe Mrityunjay and Maya will work together to save or rescue Rudra. I may be wrong, but Mrityunjay and Maya are one hell of sanki people.
