Nah I don’t think he knows. She has not mentioned that to him, she has always said that they broke on a very bad note. He will unknowingly trigger a bad memory of her and she will not forget that easily. She has previously feared this too when he had proposed her Raima appeared. That incident is a very memory for her. Rohit does it she will not forget it.

It's too much now. This pair both on screen and off screen got me glued to this show which is a big pain in the neck

The thing is Rohit fakes it in front of Sona because he knows Sona would never leave him if he comes clean about his fears. She loves him way too much and even he knows that. Itne sab hone ke baad if she didn't leave, she won’t leave him in any condition now so he has to do something extreme for her to leave.
