Lucknow waalon ka koi accent nahi hota. Yahan pe all migrants from the state live. Maltab luxury cars common hain yahan like metropolitan cities.

Modern bhi Ho raha hai. Lucknow is actually very different from whole of UP because it's waaay too less conservative.
