Divorce Isn't A Solution HERE!

My two cents on divorce track, cause I'm hell frustrated with such depressing things.

First of all religion doesn't matters ok! But, let me state you a fact, Rohit and Sonakshi are married in Hindu religion, right? And in christianity, there's divorce. In muslims, there's talak. But in Hinduism, there's nothing like that ever.

Ram abandoned Sita after their 14 years vanvaas, because there were talks in his Ayodhya about Ram accepting his wife who stayed in Raavan's captivity, and even after agnipariksha, people were biased. Ram didn't wanted his wife to suffer more, and just separated, he didnt divorce, talak Sita. Because in our religion, there's no provision of divorcing. When a couple marries with respect to each other, its a bond for every other birth, in our purans, jodis are made from heaven.

Specially in this case of Ronakshi, DIVORCE is just not the solution. If you think, after some fights, all you can do is leave your spouse, then no, i believe, its just not the solution. You can sort out differences, there is at least this life time to do that. Trust is not made in a day, after it is made, it requires your whole lifetime to maintain it, because a relationship, not only of marriage but your friendship, partnership, everything stands on the foundation of trust. Not ego, lies and venomous words which eat a marriage like a termite, slowly but impactful.

Rohit & Sonakshi both have spoken enough lies, they should have at least now been truthful and stated all the facts and just sorted out everything. But both let others influence them and run THEIR lives, their love and marriage life.

Do you know why people were fickle. They asked Ram to abandon Sita, the same people who adored Sita at first, got so narrow minded that they didn't wanted a woman who stayed in Ravaan's captivity to be their queen, Ram abandoned Sita, sent her back to forests.

When people asked Ram to abandon Sita, he did it for his folks, but when they asked him to re-marry, at this Ram had enough of it. He placed a golden statue of Sita in place of his wife and challenged his kingdom to disprove him. He could have made the statue out of anything, stone, wood, silver, but why gold you ask? Just as gold never tarnishes, Sita in his view could never have a tarnished character. Sita was his wife, even in abstentia. Marriage was a personal matter and no amount of public opinion could shake him from it. He had enough of running his life being guided by public opinion. No more! He could abandon a queen for peace amongst his people, but he would never abandon his wife! If only he had done it a few years earlier! And if only Rohit n Sonakshi never divorce each other, to repent some months, years after...

At the end, you just cannot run your life on public opinion. Or these consequences will ruin everything you have.

But here Ronakshi ARE letting their personal life, hell even their opinions run by others (Nishi, Suman, Veena etc.), its never too late to just rectify everything and make all good in a relationship.

And even here also, some people are celebrating that they are getting divorced. Its just not the only thing you can do because you shouldn't until something unimaginable and unforgivable happens (like infidelity), then maybe its only solution but here in their case, there are many ways to go back to the life the wanted to lead, not what they are leading in the hands of others like puppets!

When a problem of cancer arises, do you let the person die as thats the ONLY solution? No, you try to give the best medicine possible to cure him/her, right? So when a problem arises in marriage, why is divorce the ONLY solution? It is not.

P.S. Sorry for my rant, but its just the storyline is not anymore fascinating but stupid to me. Im watching the show for Ronakshi nowadays, because they have my obsession yet. But the fact if Mahesh molests her again, then writers, you have forgotten, Sonakshi is a human being. And you just killed her character. She might have done many mistakes, but she didn't deserve to go through this torture. Plus the Rohit we knew, is not that self anymore. Manhandling, humiliating his wife publicly and trusting everyone but not your wife, is unbearable. These weren't the characters I adored. And yet at the end, THEY DONT DESERVE THIS. There's still some time left, to make everything ok.

I see no need for divorce unless there is domestic violence or infidelity.

Agree with every thing .according to Hindu religion there's no divorce

But Rama u did not mention few things .

When Rama had to abondon his wife bcos of his people ..he never wanted to leave sita

He begged his brothers to take the throne so that he would go to forest and both of them stay as a couple

But none of his brothers dared to do that .

So Rama unwillingly stayed as a king

He could never forget his sita .when according to aswamedha yaga ..wife needed to be present every one asked him to marry but he said he could love only one woman and said he won't marry again

This divorce track in itv has become a stupid drama these days .no value for marriage

Coming to Ronakshi I think they are being butchered mercilessly. Funny thing it's not even making any sense. Their sufferings are just for the Ott drama sake and starts to look very artificial..

This show, ronakshi and US truly deserve some happy moments from this show.

Please stop all these nonsense. Now a days even audience loosing connect with characters.. viewers argue for their favorite rather than the characters then you know as a story teller you are in trouble.

Please makers promote positivity and make ronakshi a team.

Please don't use sensitive issue for shock value.. It turns the audience away from the show..

Excellent post Anushka. Very rightly said and the pointscrystal clear. Divorce is not a joke. I was very confident and revealed when sandeep said no divorce but not sure what made change the script

I am also kind of worried will rohit know that sona is molested very bad and in hospital. Will he come to see her.

Perfectly summed up..I took a break for 2 weeks and kya se kya ho gaya..its very sad , the state of khkt ..just for trps and useless drama ..rohit sonakshi r newly married , there were thousands of possibilities, so many tracks which thy could have shown ..they literally chose the worst....what's the hurry to divorce ? Things spiralled down so quickly? They have butchered the characters the show and viewers expectations..

Divorce happens or not ..is not an issue .they signed papers .that itself is not excusable

If u go on divorcing for petty reasons like family threat etc ..then why marriage

It's easy to talk about separation but to live a life of separation is not everyone's cup of tea.. sex predators are roaming around.until and otherwise you stay in family life ,you will be safe. Don't bash me frnds.i too wanted to take the same decision in my life once,but backed out hearing the advice of my well-wisher who was brought up by a single mother.

Divorce is applicable for people going through physical and mental torture,bad habits and ema.

A divorce happening without support of your own family is like living in a hell.
