Hate can never ever overpower love.. look at her face.. for me, maya had to do this deed.. because until she would actually sees Rudra in brink of death , her love wouldn't surface.. just like how Rudra also took to his heart when he thought Maya left him and with the wedding the possibility of his love will be gone forever..

Either she tries to get him back and doesnt find him and that breaks her up completely .because then she will be like he is gone.. may be that's why she sulks in front of God..

Or she does save him.. and then cries in front of God to give her strength to decide..

But the first one will be more effective as that would bring out her emotions completely..
