Nothing is going to happen. He don't look at Arti the way he look at Sana. Arti is a friend, nothing more. You can see how he talk and treat Arti. It's different than he's with Sana. Arti has feeling for him but not Sidharth. So please don't overthink about Kash and her Sidarti crap. Sid has been holding Sana closely in front of Kash.
