The problem lies in the fact that the set formulas aren't working anymore. And TV is no longer the only source of entertainment. There is a large chunk of members in this AT itself who used to watch the show on Hotstar only (myself included), so now she has shifted base to web. Which, good for her. But for the audience? It's torture.

PreRish was the only ITV couple I liked in 2019...🤣

PreRish (or the idea of PreRish because they were heavily underutilised by the creative team) was the only couple I liked in a long, long time. Starting from 2016 perhaps. They were different.
