According to many reports Hrithik and Kareena dated briefly, but Hrithik stepped back coz he was already engaged with Suzanne. Definitely there was something between them coz they haven't talked since a long time even when they attended the same parties.

It's the 'sole duty' of the actors to deny many of their dating rumours just to save their image.🤔 Hrithik was never really a genuine bf or husband to Suzanne, so it's no surprise if he dated Kareena even if for a brief period of time. It happens between many celebrities.
