I have seen the promo once to me it seemed Vikas fell on her legs...but his elbow hit the back of her head.. it seems she is genuinely hurt herself ...but BB made it look more dramatic

Too much judgments before episode airs.

Sometimes it happens yaar...she must be really hurt...or else why would anyone do such drama
