So no, they are no different than the HMs ... all are same. Shefali was ofcourse right to enter into discussion today, bcoz she's affected & included in that discussion. If it was a matter exclusively between VG & Cash, that could be different story.

Cash was wrong on many counts. She's connection of Arti doesn't mean that BG can't talk to her. She could tell Arti to ignore him but she can't tell whom VG can talk or not.
