See i dont know how that conversation started ,Maybe sid was prodding about different lifestyles , but my guess is kashmira is a sidnaaz fan and she realised they have patched up . And she is very sharp so she also realised the lifestyle difference .

ANd hence she is in detail explaining about her and krishna's different lifestyle . It is veryyyy similar to sid and sana . That English part , lifestyle part , krishna's entertainment part . And also they have a unconventional age difference where kashmeera is older .
