They (my friend's family) had bought a house from a Party A (whose found as a fraud at later point).. They have given some 90% of the money and shifted to that house without registering the property.. This happened some 15 years ago it seems when her grandfather was alive.. still they haven't got the house's original documents from them..

That fraud party A has kept the house for adagu and bought money from another party B.. My friend's family somehow managed to settle that amount on their behalf (Party A) and meettuttaanga.. But still registration hasn't happened till now as lawyer says a huge amount..

Now her grandpa is not there, his other sons are giving pressure to sell that house and want their share..

That fraud person's family and his brother's family has to sign .. that guy had run away.. his brother's son has come on leave from Australia and will be leaving in a couple of days.. before he leave everything should happen it seems..

What are the possible ways to get the original documents from them at this point ?

Lawyers also are demanding more it seems.. Two of my friend's father are lawyers.. have planned to seek their advice as well..
