I think the problem lies in the fact that CVs think that the viwers are stuck in the medieval ages, and that they don't have any other source of entertainment. Do hafto se story aage nehi badegi, toh woh kiyun dekhenge? Aur woh promo toh... Everyone knew that Pre won't get a scratch.
