It is the doctor. Sona might be saved tomorrow and Pre might be in a helpless situation. And, going by how from the beginning of this ML track it has been shown that the divine intervention has always helped Pre when she is at crossroads, most probably it will be this doctor who might give the kickstart to the Sonalika exposing track.
