Ewww Man that girl how is she defending manhandling? I guess she will be okay if someone does that to her or her daughter. I am disgusted to see some people justifying manhandling. I get that you love rohit and will justify even if he kills someone tomorrow but manhandling is wrong. It's a abuse. Indian women(some) really need to educate themselves and stop taking stand for men in such situations. No wonder women are still victims of abuse when we have women defending abuse what more to expect from men?

She gave it back good. Too late and 0 comviction.

Should have done this the first time he manhandled her. The makers have no right to show or justify such disgusting behaviour, let alone make the leads do/support this.

But after saying shez no doormat, shez gone back to being one. Also, telling the inspector not to suspect Nishi. Ughh😡

YK was bang on, kis mitti ki bani ho tum. And unlike him, I say this not in a good way. Just wake up n smell the coffee woman.

The way the makers are showing that a woman has to set things right no matter what her husband n his family do is just disgusting. Regressive as hell!πŸ€”

Sonakshi needs to just leave the house. Tell Netra shez back on the job n divorce the man. Hadh hi ho gayi. Dono ya to jhoot bolte rehte hai ya to manhandle karte rehte hai.

If for every lie ppl started manhandling n slapping each other phir to all men and women would be in jail for domestic abuse.

Incompatible ho to just move on. And of all the people, Sumit is giving good advise.

And in such a situation the inspector is talking about his wife fangirling.πŸ€ͺ I am yet to see a more incompatible couple. If thats what the makers were going for, they have nailed it.

She lies, he lies

She is Sherlock Holmes' female avtar. Even police is confiding in her and she tells Sumit this classified info on a set. Wahh!

He treats her like an outsider and keeps saying 'meri family'. Toh rakh apni family.

His defending Rohan in affair. Wah! New low. Toh why hate your father? Bolo father ko, ki shabash mere sher, kya affair kiya hai. Yehi mentality hai iss society ki. Meri mom-sister should not be wrong but my brother can wrong other women. Not that Pari deserves any pity. She had it coming. When you dont respect other women n set out to ruin their lives, yehi hoga Pari.

Now tarnishing image in public. Makers are just ruining Rohit. They have already ruined Sonakshi.

Sonakshi has the gall to ask him to accompany her to a public event when so much is going on. And he goes also. To ruin her life in public. Taki uski job bhi chali jaye and tumhe paise bhi na dene pade.

My question: What are the CVs smoking while coming up with such a dumb track. And such dumb characterizations. Are you watching re runs of Kyunki saas and rehashing them?

And NO. No matter what. You do not manhandle anyone. Even pushing or pulling is manhandling in the eyes of law, definitions cannot be changed per convenience - ye koi tamasha nahi hai ki oh I like the actor so hum ye manhandling nahi consider karenge, but I hate the actress so its ok to beat her up.

The CVs who wrote Sonakshi's character are the same ones writing Rohit's character. They are to be blamed for all this. First they turned Sonakshi into Tulsi. Now they are turning Rohit into an abuser.

Veena negative bann gayi and Sumit positive. Ye kya laga rakha hai.

If put through the test of court of laws Rohit and his family has be emotionally abusing SOnakshi for quite sometime now. It has become pretty physical now. It is sad that Indian shows and films getaway with such nonsense. Sona is not atall abusing Rohit. Just to make it clear to you because I have seen you making pretty sweeping comments about every thing under the sun, for any crime to happen the intent to commit that crime needs to be established. Sona never uttered those lies with an intention to hurt Rohit. On the contrary she did it to prevent emotional trauma to him. The entire family knew about prenup (what ever kind of contract that is!!) and they became such gullible fools that they also did not tell about it to Rohit actually tells that they concurred with SOnakshi at that time. Why did she not tell about Ajit? Again to prevent Ajit and Rohit confronting each other. Rohit has always been dueling with his father, relations with Rohan are already stretched at this point any reasonable person would have tried to stall Ajit and Rohit's confrontation. one would definitely not have taken the blame on them but would have definitely sheltered Ajit. SOnakshi may be Naive, foolish, even stupid but by any stretch of imagination she can never be called an abuser. Rohit and his family on the other hand are edging towards being being abusive without any doubt. There is a mindset with Indian women (actually women in general sometimes) that they find a reason to justify the action towards them. she must have been wearing small clothes so she got raped. She must have been rude blah blah blah..... the point is the only time when one can actually cause bodily harm to someone and get away with it is self defense. No matter what you do until you physically imperil your husband or his loved ones, he has no right to slap you. It is an unjustifiable act of violence against you. In short when someone harms other physically that is inexcusable.

Please don't use text book def of abuse .in reality there is diff between continuous abuser who abuse for the sake of abuse and who cross their limits in extreme stressful conditions

Now no judge will say bcos u slapped u r partner once ..u r a abuser

Yes sippy family members r abusing Sona esp naren and now Veena .I agree why can't she stand up to them .why she is a spineless coward before them singing mumma papa tune

Text book definition!!! In India if a women claims domestic violence the judge accepts it as is. In every other crime the burden to prove the crime has happened is on the state because crime is always against the state not a person. Where as if a women accuses of any crime against her the burden of proof rests on the accused. This is factual legal situation in India. So even a thappad is abuse and so far I am concerned it surely is abuse.

Bodily harm even in form of one thappad is accepted as abuse under domestic violence act 2005 not only that the threat that Rohit issues how he will make her life a living hell that threat is also abuse.
In the other post on the other thread you said to me it is easy to say but practically not easy to call out your abuser be it your husband or in-laws this rule stays the same. Counselors say the same in this situation too. You cannot go back and forth with your arguments. A person who has courage will call out all sorts exploiters and exploitation’s but one who will endure at the hands of husband will endure it at the hands of any one or vice versa.

Please see the practilcality of women abuse cases and how many of them are getting indicted .citing law is just text book oration

https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/the-web-violence/201410/guess-how-many-domestic-violence-offenders-go-jail

Above is in USA and imagine how it will be in India where judges and police r bribed ten times more than in USA and where women r far less financially independent

Any how me also can't understood why some women support cheating and stay in marriage or in a relationship be it USA or India ..and it's not like they r dependent on their hubby

.I think most of the time women too start cheating when their hubbys start it practivally I have seen many cases of both of them cheating each other even in my mom native rural place .

.I don't think kajal and gowri have stayed true to their hubby even after they knew about their hubby continuous philandering

They stay in marriage just for sake of ..not wanting to divorce i.e both wife and hubby don't want to divorce and marry again .they are happy with name sake marriage kids and flings .

.hmm what can I say each one their choice ..either cheating or doing abuse ..their spouses stay with them ...

Some times I feel who r we to comment their life their choice why they don't leave their spouses either cheating or abusive

In a conversation if we stay to the point that makes it easier you do tend to digress a lot. Also do you have a prejudice in favor of USA justice system? So to break the dream USA for you and for just not stating texxt book oration as you so eloquently put allow me to give you some statistics please. These are provided by one of the leading organization that aides victims of abuse and assault RAINN. The statistics provided by them are accepted by many departments of justices in various states. According to them only approximately 2.5 percent accused in cases of sexual assault get incarcerated and roughly 5 percent in cases of battery crimes (violence).

Now coming to Indian Numbers 27 percent roughly in recent years is the conviction rate in rape cases and nearly 5 percent in that of domestic violence excluding dowry. With DOwry statistics included this rate increases to somewhat 18 percent. Infact India is higher in conviction rates for crime agaiinst women than many developed countries including USA. It is this reason That I always quote Indian laws as they more Robust and far more women oriented than Laws in the USA.

India's conviction rate in crime against women is higher than many developed countries, such as the United Kingdom, which recorded a conviction rate of 7% in 2011-12. The conviction rate as low as 10% in Sweden and 25% in France.

Indian Judicial system is far more robust than we care to accept not saying that it does not needs improvement but just saying that we don't need to bring in developed countries in every argument to undermine ourselves.

Indian women are far more resilient and strong when it comes to fighting for the crime against them and the judiciary does support them too. There is no comparison between USA and India so far laws are concerned.

Point number two women who endure cheating become cheaters themselves!!! How did you come to this marvelous conclusion might I ask? It is not a good habit to speculate when in a conversation.

Who are we to comment? Then my dear it is you who goes on berating the character of SOnakshi with adjectives of all sorts. Why be so excruciatingly judgmental towards her?
