Well yes it is a murder, but dying is a better than living with a mom who doesn't want her child. Any mother who wants her kid, will keep it. There are many instances many mothers keep their child after thinking about abortion. Better than dying in some gutter or trashcans after just getting born, better to die before.

It takes 24 weeks to decide? West is going back to rigid laws, in US some states are passing law to restrict abortion upto just 8 weeks.

Give unwanted child for adoption.. many can't have kids they will b lucky to have one. ..

Easier said than done. The US foster care system is currently underfunded and there are already 700,000 kids in foster care already. It’s easier to pass a state law saying abortion is banned instead of taking proactive steps to make contraceptives more readily available ( heck Republicans even oppose contraceptives being covered by insurance ) , providing adequate funding to foster care system and allowing same-sex couples to adopt children in foster care. Let’s not consider US states like Alabama to be a good example when deciding laws in India.
