which is offputting now that I think of it..a lot of dialogues were - "aurat fitratan bewafa nahi hoti" and duniya achhi auraton se chalti hai.
The onus of everything should never be on a woman. The world runs because of all species put together and yes women are much more faithful than men, but she does not, not remain a woman, if she cheats..i mean that dialogue dint even make sense now that I think of it

khalil dialogues are so offputting
the main problem here is that khalil does make everything a gender issue
Nothing justifies cheating but cheating is NOT a crime if we look at it from the pov of law but It's a sin and both men and women should be judged equally but writer in mpth didnt show mehwish in a good light even after she was kicked out from shehwar life. If the writer wrote for mehwish, he wrote for hania and maham too. They were good women. The balance is there isnt it
