I think he's saying all these bcs of the cotw. The caller said that Sana has never supported Sidharth which we all know that she is the only one who has supported him from the beginning. Also, the new enteries have seen Sunday episode and not aware that they had cleared their misunderstanding.

He is in a different zone when Sana is with him. I really like to see him that way but haan gadbad maar jaata hai. Sana ka bhi yahi haal hai. I don't know why we say that they are so different
