Nishi is trapped herself in that 80%. Property thing. If you think of it, she wanted Sonakshi out of SM and divorced from Rohit but in the verge of framing her Nishi got this silly condition on paper. Now Ronakshi can’t separate legally, even if they want to she can’t let them. And if Mahesh comes back then he will go ballistic with Sippy’s. Rohit even in his most hated moment won’t let Mahesh come close to Sona under any condition.
