Sid has pushed Asim using his entire force fully extending his arms, this is an assault, there is no comparison here, Asim has never retaliated in such a fashion.

Lol..you know what..Asim is too smart..he comes infront of Sid/paras by folding his both hands back..and then pushes through shoulder..he knows their weak points and if others pushed him by hand then he will get all his crybaby instincts that they pushed him by hands...such a childish play Asim do...really sometimes I feel that Asim is still under his teen highshool days and thinks that with his innocent face he can manipulate teachers/wardens.
