Asim is still a member. I think you continue to stay a member once you are a member. One of the priveledges is being able to use the immunity card whichever week you choose to make yourself safe. Asim hasn't used his card.

Why would BB insist after making her the judge? She didn't take a decision that's on her, not BB.
Because there have been many times BB has insisted on chosing one option when a shanchalak or who ever have not been able to come to a single conclusion ...not just this season but in many other seasons
