The thing is, they are on a platform where even if no one wants to or should, they will have to talk about this. This is actually where the smartness of host comes into play. Salman will have to mention this. They are an established couple ki neeji mamla keh kar chor den. And Sana has already been called out for using hands freely. This would give this rare situation a common angle but... I have no idea where Salman would take this.
