Sid shifted to that bed after Daljeet's exit. I dont know exact episode but it was a few says after. It was quite early days.

Yeah Sid shifted right after Daljeet's exit but Sana shifted a week after or so but don't know exact date. She was shown on that bed on Monday morning.
