Lot of things..GG/KA plus paras chant plus the fact that he wants serious conmitment fm her but she is stuck with aisa wala pyaar nahi ..

And mostly he fears loosing her ...when he said i hv attachment with u , his voice was choking up ..then in washroom he almost cried ..he is not able to hide his feelings anymore but not able to confess either bec he thinks sana is not serious ..

Did you observe sana was all playful but instantly controlled her self when she saw he was really angry !! Sana is a very carung and a person with depth . Good she saw this sidharth .Will make her realise where she was wrong and how much it impacted him . She will learn from this .

He is a man of complete control. Sana is someone who is free as a bird. She has extreme reactions to everything- her fangirl moment, her IlUs, her sadness, her fun. He hasn’t come to terms with the fact that he has fallen for someone so opposite to him. Someone he can’t really control! To quote his own words “ I like nothinh about her but I like everything about her”. His this statement sums up his turmoil. For Sana each day is a good day spent in this relationship. For him, each day he wakes up with a new thought and doubt. Polar opposites

Yes complete opposites !!! And he has no control on her and she can completely control him .

ALl that turmoil he was going through has hit him today .
