I used to think that too but we fail to understand how those little little things day by day time to time become a bigger thing , those little things today become a bigger burden in your life you didn't realize when fall into a dark phase in your life , depression hits you , and you don't understand how to deal with it properly because in our society mental illness is still consider as stigma.

Aur Jo kuch help lebhi lete hai either they failed to provide right treatment in right time or those people r just not ready to give themselves a chance.

Blue : I mostly take the show as entertainment don't expect much but some topics triggers & I end up reacting lyk this suicide track & the nonsense way of handling it . But now I will stop getting affected over it & will ignore like everything else😆
