Coz salman knows that sana's feelings are genuine. Even madhurima said same in interview. Thats the reason he was protecting her by giving hints indirectly. Asking shukla to stay away. When that jealousy issue ended. Sana distanced. But shukla went after her again. Now he himself is distancing.
