Yes that what i was trying to say and u put it so nicely...Sid was not hurt by her fangirling but was hurt when she start neglecting him and his feelings in her excitment

no I am talking about the hug from Sid’s side! Mahira’s mom hugged him and probably he felt nice that she didn’t think he was wrong and she was apologetic for Mahira’s past behaviour and ofcourse you feel good and probably you felt bad when she breakdown

I think he would have hugged Shefali too if she had a breakdown as a friend

But he did take a step back when she tried to kiss and even he took the cheek kiss as she wanted to prove it as friends only
