Salman adhe se zyada time koi naam kuch specify nahi karta, he only does it when people don't understand or are confused.

From what I understand, coz the shoot happened the same day n they already knew kiski mom ne kya bola jiske upar itna bada segment bann gaya Sid Arti ka n Arti's abdullah behaviour ka toh no one was confused. They all knew what the joke was.
