Who else is having a flashbacks to the horrible thapar track? Is it just me? 🤣🤣

Nay, they are showing it again the other way around.... It's so senseless. Also the ego issue is getting re-warmed. And I would conjecture from the last precap that this Neil guy might even be divorced and/or with a kid.

What do you mean other way around? 🤔 And whose ego? Mini’s?

I just meant that Minnie brings Neil home as a tenant like HS did with Babita... NB says it's ti fight society... So Neil says he stays to help her fight (Like Babita stayed) but then they are having anger/ego issues in front of each other (just like Babita and Ashok) . Meanwhile Arya is bonding with Neil. Not a daddy substitute I guess but getting close to him (a bit like Minnie;anyways she's much younger so bonding will be different).

Then we've got a glimpse Neil having some weird past (just like Babita and HS; i was thinking maybe divorced and/or having a kid) so with him and Minnie there are again two quite distressed people in the mix

So in comes the thappar scene where 1. Arya tells Minnie and Neil that she wants them married and Minnie reprimands her but what is apparently much worse, 2. Arya tells Minnie that he is her hero and Minnie his heroine. Then comes the Babita slap

So now Minnie might have also been reminded of that scene and behaves as Babita would have. Idk it's all twisted now but it all feels like it's recycled from season 1.

Yes I know frozen rotis are a substitute but somehow I don't like them...it's good if someone likes rice, makes life so much more easier😆

Oh I know. I'm gonna get some for in case of emergencies / pick me ups.

Yeahh, there's a lot of tortilla wraps here so I'll pick up a packet soon. There's this cheese here called queso latina which had the same consistency as paneer so Imma try to make some matar paneer tomorrow. Hopefully it works out. 🤞😂

Ooohh, I've had brown rice before! It takes forever to make it. 😬 Maybe huge meals, I can eat in little portions throughout the day so that I don't feel so hungry all the time.

I miss and appreciate Mom so much now. Despite going to work, she still made sure to make dal / sabzi rather than just feeding us bread or lettuce. 😭😭😭

@bold this 😭 so true, we don't appreciate them enough do we!!

Desi food is way tastier than all these things but then they take so much of time to make😆

If the cheese is not good, you can also easily make paneer at home, all you need is milk, a strainer and lemon/vinegar, we do it often here coz the paneer we get here in the Indian store is very expensive..

About the Google thing, I do the same...these people have a tendency to search there and then read out from Google even without understanding the head or tail of it!

I didn't see frozen rotis or paratha here, but I did see some frozen samosas! Was thinking of getting them but then didn't since I don't want to spend too much right now as I'm not getting my first pay check until February. 😅 Then there's also rent that needs to be paid. 😬
