Becuase if that gives a reason to hate MJ more, it gives a reason to Maya too, becuase Rishi didn't know his own truth and died before doing so, and if Diya hadn't done anything like Anatara, then she killed him for his sperm donor's deeds and let the ova donor suffer! If Diya has done that the above point is invalid, but killing not justified, so back to square one, we don't like Mayaa
