I don't think Sid has a problem with sharing things with Sana per se.. he does not want to share about his personal life on the show.. i mean the guy has been in industry for so long and yet so little is known about his private life.. he seems to like to keep his private life away from public

It’s both the age and attention factor. Coz she would be working too and she would know it is impossible for a person of his work stature to be with her always. Lekin Sana craves for attention and he has to make it clear right! Here there is no work and everyone said it will be a problem for her once she is out!
