I saw that BP meenu scene some days back when she told him how stubborn abir is to get back mishti...before that there was a chotu mishti scene, where bade papa is telling something about fight and self respect ....

BP knows that mishti will never stop fighting and keep pursuing abir and BP has made a mind that abir will not give in , so he wants mishti to stop fighting and start caring for her self respect in the process , I don't remember the chotu mishti scene clearly, but you watch that, you will understand what I am trying to say

The decision that mishti has taken is not because of only the family issues but also because she has lost the confidence and trust that she had on abir, she decided only after abir tore that letter ....so it's a mix of a lot of her own emotions and circumstances that has made her take this decision, it is not just a family pressure thing ...IMO....the characters are more complex then we think them to be

Mmmm i understand its all a mix of finally giving up on abir and also like you said in LU sometimes giving in to the decision of the person we trust is good and mish is also trying to accept that feeling too... all messed up and complex...

haan i remember that scene he knews mishti's determination but he doesnt want her to get hurt again n again.. only truth can do something..

i thought this a little twisted way that its an internal battle for mish not like meenu which is an external battle... this one is very difficult to overcome, like abir even she is lost n resigning to fate... its really sad to see such a fighter giving in she would've gone for other option than shaadi but she doesnt want to she doesnt have the strength too... Mmm clear now...
