I can understand this feeling.when my friend died I got anxiety attacks for a whole week even though I didn't have any history of it before it. Sometimes things like this triggered our emotions, even if they r fictional or real when we r attached to them we get affected. We get over it bas needs some time to deal with it.🤗🤗 give yourself some time .
