Rain beauty Prologue

It is inspired by the Malayalam movie ‘Beautiful’.

Introduction:

Shaurya was a part of his paralyzed friend Purab.Purab existed because of his deep friendship with Shaurya.Shaurya’s music was soothing for him.Purab was happy in his own world with his friend Shaurya.He was not a weak person who cried through out thinking of his ill health.He believed in enjoying every bit of his life in a funny manner.Purab,the Multi Millionaire could not enjoy his wealth because of his lifeless body.He knew that he was surrounded by his relatives who were his enemies actually.They were his mercy less blood suckers who pretended to be sweet only for his wealth.He knew that at any time they could kill him for that.He knew that if he could trust any of his relatives that was only Dev;his cousin.

Shaurya was in his own little world which was decorated with Purab’s friendship and his music.

Prologue:

A beautiful blue pool….

A beautiful girl drowned in the pool.Her cry was snatching the beauty of the innocent water pool.Shaurya jumped into the pool and carried her in his arms.She looked at her savior with gratitude.

He placed her down.He stared at her.

“If you don’t know swimming why do you swim?”

“I came here with my friend to learn swimming.He got an urgent call and he left.That’s why…”

Before she could complete her sentence he left.

Another day….

The same girl sank in the sea.To her surprise this time also the same masculine hands saved her.Shaurya.

She could’nt believe her eyes when he lifted her in his arms.

Shaurya was irritated:You can’t even swim in a swimming pool.Then why did you try to swim in the sea?Are you mad?

She:Sorry…I was just wetting my legs.My leg slipped and I fell down.The waves carried me away.

Shaurya:The next time onwards be careful.

She:Ok…and thanks for saving me twice.

Shaurya:No mention.

He walked away.

Rain beauty Part 1

Shaurya gave an advertisement in the news paper searching for a home nurse to look after Purab.

Purab:Till now no one has come.Everyone who came here to look after me left.Now no one is willing to come.

Purab talked in a jovial way.

Shaurya smiled:Wait…some one will come.

It was raining….

Shaurya stood at the verandah with Purab at the wheel chair.They were enjoying the beauty of the rain drops.

PURAB:Shaurya,do you feel like composing a lovely song on rain?

SHAURYA:Ya…

Suddenly his eyes fell on a lady who was walking towards them.

She was a simple pretty lady draped in an ordinary saree.Her big black bindi was very attractive and striking.Her hair strands fell on her face carelessly. She was completely drenched in the rain.In her wet saree her beautiful figure was noticeable.

Shaurya and that lady were surprised o see each other.

She:Sir…you?

SHAURYA:You?

Purab:Who is she?

SHAURYA:I have met her at beach and swimming pool.

She smiled:For him I am just a woman whom he has met at a few places.

She looked at Shaurya and said:But for me he is my savior.

He saved my life twice when I drowned in the water.

Shaurya smiled.

PURAB:Wow!That’s nice.

SHAURYA:Your name?

She:I am Mehek.

SHAURYA:I am Shaurya.

MEHEK:Sir…I came here for the job of a home nurse.

They were surprised.

SHAURYA:As a home nurse?I can’t believe it.First I met you somewhere.Now you reached here as a home nurse.What a coincidence!

She smiled.

SHAURYA:Have you worked anywhere?

MEHEK:Ya…I have worked in an old age home.As a home nurse it’s going to be the first experience.

SHAURYA:Your family?

MEHEK:I have a mother and a sister.Actually my mother was’nt happy about this job.She is scared whether I will be safe.But somehow I managed to get her permission.

PURAB:Are you not scared?

MEHEK:A little bit.But now I am not.Shaurya Sir is someone who saved my life and I am sure that he can’t trouble me.

PURAB:What about me?

She just smiled.

PURAB:Since I can’t move you don’t have to be scared of me.Right?

Mehek was embarrassed.

SHAURYA:Whenever I see you, you are wet.

Mehek smiled:Ya…I am fond of water.That’s why I was not worried about getting wt in the rain while coming here.

PURAB:But since you are a home nurse you can’t fall sick as you have to take care of a patient like me.So go change your wet saree.

She smiled.

She went and changed her saree.She wore a violet Salwar Kameez.

Purab told Shaurya:Mehek is really impressed with you.For her,you are her Savior.

Will it turn into love?

Purab had a naughty smile on his face.Shaurya was shy.

Shaurya went away.While passing by he saw Mehek drying her wet hair with a towel.

Her eyes met his.Slowly she smiled.

He was lost in her sweet mesmerizing smile.

Mehek came back to the room.

PURAB:By the way we need to test your capability.Only if we are satisfied we will appoint you.

Mehek’s face became dull.

PURAB:Get me a coffee please.

MEHEK:Ok Sir.

Mehek made coffee for Purab and Shaurya.They tasted it.

SHAURYA:Very nice.

Mehek was relieved.

PURAB:Very nice coffee.

MEHEK:Thank you Sir.

SHAURYA:Stop calling us Sir.

PURAB:Yes,if you call us sir we won't appoint you.

She smiled:Ok Purab and Shaurya.

They smiled.

PURAB:You are appointed Mehek.

Mehek was very happy.

MEHEK:Thank you…thanks a lot.

Mehek took care of Purab very well.She fed him food.She gave him medicines on time.Shaurya did’nt have to worry about Purab at all.He trusted her that much.Very soon Mehek became their good friend.

They went out..chatted together.Mehek’s way of relaxation and entertainment was making bubbles.

She entertained Purab and Shaurya by making wonderful bubbles.

Mehek took them to the temple.The Idol of Goddess was decorated beautifully.But Shaurya was lost in Mehek's beauty.

MEHEK:Shaurya,why are you looking at me?You pray.

Shaurya was embarrassed:Sorry Mehek.I will pray.

Shaurya closed his eyes and prayed.
