For getting viewers reaction trp numbers n views on sns were sufficient...it was pretty clear that they were trying to build Prerna's connection with viewers...her talking to fans n their families was an attempt to build the connection but unfortunately in every LC ppl were concerned about anurag n claimed to be in team anurag so that attempt failed miserably...and she never did the LCs again....

I don't think it's anything related to promotion she clearly stated in the interview that she is giving a sneak peak of her personal lifei hope she reveals it soon kyunki Twitter and insta pe toh earthquake aaya hua h parth,purana ship and phir aise aise naam and theories suni Hun ke I feel this is the most sanest place to be😆
