In Out of love,hotstar, Aaliya beloved that Akarsh's wife isn't emotionally present for him and doesn't want to leave her for his son, but she atleast keeps questioning him, and they show people interacting with her trying to make her realise that she is being stupid

I’m going to go with that movie reference because it was one of the most talked about movies which had garnered crazy backlash. The best thing was no actor tried justifying it. SRK in fact said that everyone should hate a Dev as he left a perfectly normal life for his selfishness.

That seems to be the exact case here for MJ. He has kids. A wife, who according to the flashback, is absolutely normal and a life which seems pretty much set.

YET, he chose to prey on a woman much younger and he is fully responsible.

But then, so is Maya. She is aware of his marital status. If a few “I love you and I’m going to leave her for you” can sway her, then I’m sorry, but she is an absolute idiot and a woman with no conscience.

ITV has great actors but lacks talented writers with focus and vision. Writers actually write a solid romance and premise but they cannot maintain it because the focus is on quantity not quality. Even they come up with something unique, they destroy it with their own hand so yes, it is a lack of talent and innovation. Western tv as seasonal format and Pakistani television has finite shows of 30-40 episodes. My mom watches them and I notice that quality is just better, from direction to aesthetics.

every single show I started watching disappointed me and I left midway, beyhadh 2 is no different. I wasn't expecting much but did not think that writers would not be able hold it together for a month. I gave it maximum 2 months lol. Forget about Maya's u turn but just look at state of secondary characters, the silly bloopers and haphazard direction. so yes, it is a lack of talent.

Everyone needs to realize that we are disappointed with how the killing doesn’t seem right as the makers could have done so much more with his character and killing him off (who is completely innocent) didn’t seem right even for her revenge.

Buttt we all love Jen. People are taking it so personally
