No, hotstar was being updated then from some other site to hostar, so they lost some of the data when they were doing that, and since Paanch is a low-key serial, they didn't bother correct in the mistake

This is so weird. At least in Baazigar SRK never justified killing Shilpa. He had to take revenge and he did what he had set out to do. He didn ponder over it looking for an excuse to justify it and he probably knew he would meet a sticky end which he did.
