There are many contradictions to her character so I hope writer s know what they are doing

Even I am having problems digesting that she is harming an innocent life, at least a life that did no harm to her personally. But I will wait for the episodes to air to make a complete picture of the contradictions or non-contradictions in Maya... Also Maya isn't righteous, she thinks she is righteous because she is following Gita, but her interpretations of Gita are flawed as pointed out by her mother. Maya has a screwed perception of right-wrong, good-evil and this makes her craziness a bit subtler.

Fingers crossed. 😒 Also I don't mind if the CVs pull an Ek stunt this time and Rishi comes back from death. 😆 Rishi's character deserves a some development, I feel and he can't die so soon without knowing what an monster he idolized (his dad). Itna to haq banta hai uska.

I don't want Maya turning into her tormentor in thirst for revenge.. Or she should redeem somewhat if she does.

I totally second that! Maya killing Rishi was in no ways a victory. She wanted to snatch MJ's son from him? She could have driven a wedge between father and son that would break their bond forever. But an innocent life was claimed for no reason. Rishi could have gone on to become something in life, a good employer, a good husband or a good father and she destroyed that possibility. All for what? Not saying she losing her baby was right. But if MJ was indeed the father of the child, was she herself not wrong in having an affair with a married man? What future would she have given that child herself? Its nothing but a cold blooded murder as u rightfully said. Bringing someone to justice is not the same as revenge. Nothing can justify what Maya has done. Don't tell me about people justifying Maya. They were blind during S1 and I can see nothing has happened to improve their train of thought.

This is exactly my thoughts if she actually had an affair with the married guy how she can expect people will understand her character. How that fair to be with a person who has a family , kids , how that make u any less or victim. I will say it's more her stupid nature that she didn't thought MJ can have affair with her after having family also can destroy her life too. I hope CVS handle the whole Background story very carefully & give us good reason to feel empathetic towards her
