Bhai ,if bhakts are against her movie and are responsible for the failure of this movie then with the same logic why didn’t they make movie on modi blockbuster ? Is beyond me...

Blaming them is the easiest way to cover up the failure of the movie ..the fact is she has no star power....PROVEN !

No one can stop a good movie from winning...That’s a given!

However, this is a different kind of movie which was made with an intention to help the survivors....And it is doing its job to some extent by bringing the conversation to the forefront and making more people think about it, though it could’ve been more if not for Deepika!

I think people are blaming Deepika for hijacking the movie and making it all about herself and her political stand etc instead of keeping the focus on those brave souls who have done so much for the movie by making appearances and rallying around and for it!

from what I can tell the buzz for Chhapaak was not that strong until Deepika attended the protest.

Jo bhi keh lo Deepu gave a floppy both in acting and BO.

So if Deepika’s next movie is a hit then she would have recovered her star power right? Since Kalank didn’t affect Alia

PS: I believe Deepika’s next will open high then I can prove her power. If not then she truly has declined.
