He is lucky ...media protects him like anything...his disasters like made in China are hushed up ...any hero would want this....and about acting credentials...to each his own...what's this desperate attempt to prove him the greatest actor to have graced planet earth is what I don't understand

Rajkumar is one of the best actors we have in Bollywood today, no second thoughts about it. However, IMO, mainstream is not his forte...

I rank Ranbir as a better actor than a few who shall not be named, but he is not free of limitations. He is more of a mainstream actor with a fantastic range.

The only thing that is common to both of them (professionally) is that both have awful script sense.

Yeah. That's the thing. Ranbir is more versatile even if he's utterly unlikable. Both are great actors. I like RKR's restrained comedy over Ranbir's OTT comedy though. Ranbir is also on and off. RKR is more consistent.

🤔 Ranbir has made a career of playing the same character in various settings. The two times he attempted to play a (mental) adult, Rocket Singh and Bombay Velvet, the movies flopped.

Do you mean RK did different genres? That's not his acting talent. That's the script.

He is not a poor actor like some who shall not be named. Simply not in the same calibre as Rajkumar Rao.

Ranbir is good but nowhere close to RKR's acting level or versatility.

Raj obviously. He was so amazing even as a sidekick in Bareli ki Barfi. He literally stole the show from everyone else.
