what is sikandar suffering from?

i last watched the show a month or two back. sikandar seems to be dying since then what is he suffering from? brain tumor?

He has a blood clot in the brain which is incurable. Even the doctors from US have given a verdict that he will survive only for 30 days more. But Kulfi will now take him to some place to cure him with some jadi booties
