even my uncle who is 58 did MBA 😆 for an internal promotion. Magar Kyun nahi consider kare age? Age too is a factor as one becomes more experienced with age and that works more than intelligence. I believe in equity more than equality. 😆

Anyway you know, my students many of them cracked neet & jee in a go, with no coaching from any institute or anything. That's true merit.

I can say the same for the person who takes up political science as their major. 😆 But 10yrs down the line uska hi sabse zyada career prospects hone wale hai as India mein politics is the only thing that sells the best 😆 ps what a laugh worthy connection but yes this is what we say 😆 and also they are so well versed in PS & govt studies that sach mein it's very easy for them to crack UPSC and other govt jobs. 😆

There are individuals with different leanings and certain fields can extract better performance since they are genuinely interested. HRM is more of a long-term thing.
