start ups don't have 1000s of employees. Hardly 10/20 and in a startup majority of the members are equal partners / have a % of stocks. Which is why it becomes a group decision. 😆 not big and huge companies. And we both me and soanz were talking about huge companies not startups. 😆I have no exposure to west so I won't be able to speak for what happens there. But spoke from personal experienc.. and I understand when you say you don't believe and thats fair too.. because I also did not believe that actors can't questioned or held responsible for low quality content constantly thrown at TV audience.
Not all companies listen but there are many who do... young people coming up with startups spcly working in social sector do encourage an open environment.
As per actors, people who did try to interfere, they were thrown out by the channel if not the ph 😆 karan being an example of the two. 😆

unfortunately children do not watch these shows. And motivational speech dekh ke kuch hota toh har ek insaan aj IAS/UPSC crack kar chuka hota.True they are done and dusted for us as an audience.. but what about the skills that those kids learn.. confidence to face huge audience and share ideas - communication.. one of the most important 21st century skill most of the kids lack and that impacts them when they work later.
Critical thinking skill for taking a prob and work on it.. team work.. all this is way more valuable i feel.. the exposure they get..
Aaj done and dusted pr kal whi student kuch amazing bhi kr sakta hai.. sometimes the process teaches more than the end result..
