Truly if companies did listen to what their employees ever suggest things would have been different.

I have no exposure to west so I won't be able to speak for what happens there. But spoke from personal experienc.. and I understand when you say you don't believe and thats fair too.. because I also did not believe that actors can't questioned or held responsible for low quality content constantly thrown at TV audience.

Not all companies listen but there are many who do... young people coming up with startups spcly working in social sector do encourage an open environment.
