Actually laashein bicchi hui hoti thi--my uncle was serving in JK as recently as 2002. Entire hamlets, wedding parties used to be massacred those days. He was so traumatized...he still has PTSD today from those days...the 2 years he served there. And that was like years after the supposed end of one of the worst genocide. I can't even imagine the horrors.
